I ordered a phone Redmi Note 6 Pro (Order no – 171-5913940-6598764) through Amazon on February 25th 2019. The phone became dead in a week without any mishappening. Amazon representatives told me that they will replace the phone with a new one. On separate 2 occasions there delivery boys didn’t pick up the phone saying the phone is dead which itself is the problem that the phone has became dead in a week. Every day the representatives told me for a week that the problem will be solved in 24hrs. I stayed late at night at office in wait of their delivery boys who after arriving every time told me that they will not pick up phone. Atlast I asked for refund. They said again a delivery boy will come and this time it will only be pick up. Again the delivery boy said that he has not received any such information from Amazon. The customer care representatives told me that they have raised the complaint, escalated the issue, sent the mail everyday. I would like to add that the report regarding my dead phone has already been submitted by Aamzon technician. Despite then they could not communicate a simple thing and have not taken back or replaced the phone. I have talked to representatives about 50 times. Please help me and take action against Amazon. I am using borrowed phone for the last 10 days.
