Mt friend gifted me a smart watch and we both are working so she didn’t open it when she got it and gave it to me next weekend and it has some defect and does not connect with app most of the time. We contact Amazon support for replacement and we contacted on 8 th day or purchase but now Amazon is denying the same asking to contact manufacturer, we just want replacement for defect product and manufacture also denied that
