I ordered a Nokia 3310 on brands try.com. But I received a China phone named Q-Tel . My order no is BST20765 and my GSTIN no is 06ABFGA1000M1ZN. Also my AWB no is 69656464511. When I searched the site consumer no I got to know that the site is a fraud. How will I get my refund. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate actions as soon as possible.
