With reference to the above i want to lodge a complaint against ecommerce website brandstry.com and company behind this web site.I ordered classic N3310 on 2nd feb 2019 through this web site but they have sent me another mobile named as snowtel guru music 2 (low & cheap quality). when i decided to return nither a complain no nor any option to return has found in their website.
