Dear consumer court,
Please help me,
Order ID- 171-6224082-5045924
Order date- 28 DEC 2020
Order total- Rs 1302.00
Product- Makeup Revolution Revolution Forever Flawless Decadent, Multicolor, 19 g
Payment- Via Debit card.
I hv ordered a makeup palette on 28th December.
On delivery I found out it was sent in a giant box big enough to store a 5-10 kg item,
And this product was size of a pencil box.
On opening i found out the mirror inside was broken from corner,
So i lodged a complaint and they told me to wait for 2 days i guess,
And today on asking the update,
Some guy named MOHD. from ur specialist team was disrespecting me on the chat.
So pls look into this.!!
