Hello dear sir, mam
my name is Jatin, I order black color nothing phone on the 8th of July, it is not open box delivery and because of this all trouble happened, Actually the outer packing of the product is pressed during delivery so I request the delivery boy to see that but he ensures me that nothing happens to my product and they went from the sport. When I open that product I found that there are many of damage on the phone and screen which looks old as well as dents on the phone. moreover, I raised a return request many times but due to the wrong guidance of your team that was not fulfilled. After struggling hard I was able to raise a request by the backend team on the 25th of July. then they ask for photos I shared with them two times product images but on 29th July they said the request was not fulfilled due to the seller confirming with the logistics it is not an infant.
because of this, I m in trouble because how can logistics confirm it is defective or not because the delivery boy is not available during delivery moreover, the box of the product is damaged as I mentioned many times, as well as product, is damaged
So, I request you to inspect all this and please give me justice because I share all images with Flipkart concerned or the backend team but they are just wasting my time. You are my last hope, please help me to get my refund or return or replacement which is possible. The amount is not small for me because I earn it with lots of effort and I do not want to keep this phone even it is not my mistake. If anything is required related to the product then please reply to me. The backend team is also saying the photos are not clear please inspect that thing too. All hopes are on you because they are not listening to me and one of your honest call executives help me to reach out to you. please help me………..
HOPE YOU SOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I am waiting for your reply sir/mam. It is better if you call me and ask what u want about the product such as images.
