Text of Complaint by Virender Singh Negi:

This is regarding my recently placed MI LED TV order with order number:OD225610162261627000 on flipkart. My return request has been rejected twice on the basis of the seller’s decision.Please help me understand how my return request can solely depend on the seller’s decision when the parties involved in the whole transaction process are seller, delivery partner and the payer/receiver.

The order received on 2nd August by the delhivery courier guy was in a complete intact box. On asking for open delivery the courier guy refused to fulfil my request and said that only the authorised engineer would have this permission. Considering the delivery was done by the third party vendor I found the reason valid.

The next day when the installation guy unboxed the package, to my surprise the product inside the box was a different company’s
product altogether. I received a “Sansui” led TV in a non working condition. The installation person then immediately highlighted this issue to his senior and filed for a DOA on his end. I have approaching the flipkart customer service from that day but haven’t received any resolution to my query.

I would request the concerned authorities to look into this scam happening from the company’s end and help me with the replacement of the product at the earliest.
