The courier company named “Delhivery” has delivered a package which says cash on delivery Rs.600. This product was not requested by any member of my family and accepted in my absence. The courier consists of a product which is merely of Rs 93 but I have been duped for Rs 600. To know the delivery details when I checked on the delhivery site the sender name is mentioned as
“ZENYENTERPRISES FRANCHISE”. My address details have been traced and sent the parcel.
The package does not seem to be a regular delivery package as it does not mention the following things:
1 No sender details on the package
2. There was no return address on the package received
