Yesterday I received a parcel from 139 Supply Chain addressed to me. I fact I was absent and my son took delicery and payed in cash against delivery €40. However, I had never ordered such thing, it was a “smart band”. I thought of Temu because of the country of origin (Bulgaria), although no Temu logo appeared on the package. I checked my Temu orders for perhaps having placed an order by mistake, but my order log is totally empty. I have just installed the app but never ordered anything as yet. Moreover, Temu sells smart bands like this at less than €5. I concluded this is a fraud and I want my money back. I have pictures of the good and of the parcel but I cannot find how to upload them here.

I was sent a product a smart watch that I haven’t ordered via acs ,from 13 supply chain Bulgaria and I thought it was another parcel I was waiting for and I paid 33 euro for something I didn’t t ordered.What can I do now?
