i have ordered a phone from flipkart on 28th Sep 2023 and it was to be delivered on 3rd Oct 2023 .
But on application its showning package still at seller and its showing it will be delivered by 3rd Oct 2023 by 9PM but after multiple calls with Flipkart service care they told me that the package is at seller only and not dispacthed .
the item is also not COD but i have paid online already also the customer care receive calls after multiple attempt or else the IVR is disconnecting the call after saying hold line while we connect to our customer care executive.
this seems to be pathetic service ffrom flipkart
