Team, I had ordered a mobile phone on exchange of my old phone, product was to be delivered on 3rd Feb but to my shock courier guy goes to some other address and says I cannot deliver. I had promptly formatted my phone and was waiting for the new phone. After raising complaint I was informed you will get the delivery next day, again to my shock next day which is 4th Feb I get call at 130PM. Delivery guy says I cannot deliver since time is already passed. I said how does it matter, he says his sla and when checked when will he deliver says in evening and to my shock I get a message stating delivery attempted which was not at all done. When I raise a complaint they mention wait for 7 days. Such arrogance the team has. I have undergone so much of mental agony,my son missed his exam papers. So much trouble after making payment of hard earned money. Someone has to whack these amazon guys and we need assistance in raising a legal complaint against amazon. Please help.
