On 28th April 2024 I saw on Instagram that there was a special offer from THE FAMILY MART Online Shopping website.
Trusting this to be an authentic website since it is on Instagram, I placed my order online for a Foldable Travel Bag. The offer was for BUY 1 GET 1 FREE at Rs 1099.
They have delivered only ONE BAG. I have been sending emails but there is a delivery failure message from Gmail for their email address support@familymart.in
Neither do they have a customer care support number to file my complaint.
Seems like many are duped by this App. Authorities are kindly requested to check authenticity of this company and take necessary action against them.
Also please help me to get the second bag as per the offer. I paid COD Rs 1099 for offer of 2 bags
