I ordered a handy sewing machine that is defective and file a complaint for return and refund…some days back a delivery agent came to pick my order but i was unable to pick tha call that time and therefore he goes back… amazon didn’t provide an OTP to connect a call to the delivery man..even after 3 days they haven’t confirmed when will they pickup and also haven’t connected the call to the customer service… please take strict action on priority
