I have ordered 2 Videos games set. During delivery Amazon contacts us before delivering the items to security guard. But particular for this delivery I have received any call from Delivery Boy and only SMS I got that delivery is done and items are with security guard.
But when I went to collect those delivery boxes and opened it there was only 1 Item delivered and on the same day I informed Amazon that I have received only 1 Item and when I contacted them I was being informed they will do the investigation .
Today when I called your team informed that the items are delivered. Though this was not the case.
Being an Prime Customer also these things have happened to me.
