Hi,
I have ordered 3 items worth Rs. 850 . Have emailed you more than 3 times but to no avail. Resolve the issue and refund my money.
Order details are as below:
1 Krispy Kreme – 159 rs
1 Eat Better Company – Assorted Dry Fruit Laddoos – 355 rs
1 Whole Truth 71% Dark Chocolate – 318 rs
Handling fees – 17.58 rs
The delivery executive came with some wrong items and showed it as delivered, the same items was listed on the second order that was not mine.
Thereby, I returned the order at the same time and raised a ticket on the App with the photos.
At the present, I do not have any items on me as I have not accepted the delivery, Neither have I received my Order or refund. Request you to resolve the issue and refund my money.
