Hello Flipkart Team,

This is to inform you all that , i have booked one chair on my Home address ,
and that packet went to DTDC office and DTDC person charged me 250 rs to deliver that packet to my home address ,

If i have directly booked item from flipkart then why it went to DTDC office ,
Why flipkart not directly sent to my home address ,
and i have to pay to DTDC person without any reason,

this is seriously unacceptable,

I raised this concern on 06 October 2022 , but there is no solution got from any one till now ,

I had a word with 4 members from flipkart , i only remember two names :-

1- Karan – Kolkata
2- Vikas vishwakarma – Hyderabad

above two people not helped me properly ,

please find the attached snap for reference ,
This is very wrong , please take this case on serious and provide refund of my Money as soon as possible
