Text of Complaint by Nikhil Kumar:

Scenario-1
I had ordered a smartphone and a power bank through flipkart on October 16,2020 with Order ID – OD119969033846164000 and made the payment through credit card. The estimated date of delivery was on October 19,2020. But I didn’t received any updates about the product delivery and I was not able to track the product’s location by the tracking id. After the promised delivery date, the delivery date was rescheduled to October 23,2020. But when I contacted the customer care, I was able to know that the product had not reached the nearest hub. I almost waited more than 3 weeks from the promised delivery date i.e. till November 7,2020 but on this day I got a call from flipkart concern team that your product will not be able to deliver because it got misrouted within city and they insisted me to cancel my order and place a fresh order and they have assured me that you will be getting Rs 1,250 as a compensation amount and on the same day I have cancelled my order n placed a fresh order with same products.

Scenario-2
I have ordered both the products and made the payment through credit card(Rs15,069 for mobile n Rs 739 for power bank) with Order ID – OD120162793402060000.The estimated date of delivery was on November 9,2020. But I didn’t received any updates about the product delivery and I was not able to track the product’s location by the tracking id. After the promised delivery date, the delivery date was again rescheduled to November 16,2020. But when I contacted the customer care, I was able to know that the product had reached the nearest hub. I almost waited for the products till date with no progress on my concern but every alternate day I used to get calls from flipkart update team which they are assured me with all false commitments that you will be receiving your product by today within 7pm or within 24hrs and even today I got a call from flipkart concern team with same damn silly reason that your product will not be able to deliver because it got misrouted within city and they again insisted me to cancel my order.

So, I finally made my mind that I’ll definitely file a case in consumer court regarding the trouble I’m facing with flipkart since last 43 days. I didn’t expect this from a well established e-commerce company in this manner. I urge you to take all necessary action and a resolution against this issue sir
