Text of Complaint by Rahul Prakash Devraye:

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the delivery service provided by Flipkart for my recent order of a refrigerator, with order number OD428022146440504100, placed on 6th May 2023. The delivery was scheduled for 13th May 2023, but I have encountered several issues that have caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.

On 8th May 2023, I received a call from the delivery team informing me that the refrigerator would be delivered that day. However, since then, I have made numerous attempts to contact the delivery team, but they have not responded to any of my messages or calls. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

To my disbelief, when I finally managed to get in touch with the delivery team Mr. Nagesh ( +919284575702) and (7741803082) & delivery boy (8888309269) the next day, they provided me with a flimsy excuse, stating that their vehicle had broken down. Subsequently, they claimed that the vehicle was still not repaired, and shockingly, they asked me to arrange my own vehicle to collect the refrigerator and pay for the transportation myself. This demand is completely unjustified, as I have already paid for the delivery as per Flipkart’s policy.

To make matters worse, without any prior notification or explanation, the delivery team unilaterally canceled my order. This action is highly unexpected and has caused immense inconvenience, particularly because I had ordered the refrigerator as a marriage gift for someone. The wedding is scheduled for 16th May 2023, and now I am left with no appliance to present on such an important occasion.

I am deeply disappointed by the entire ordeal, as it has tarnished my trust in Flipkart’s services. I request immediate action to rectify this situation and provide a suitable resolution. I expect a detailed explanation for the delivery team’s unprofessional behavior, the cancellation of my order, and the inconvenience caused to me.

Furthermore, I kindly request that you prioritize the delivery of the refrigerator without any additional charges or delays. It is imperative that I receive the appliance no later than 15th May 2023, to ensure it can be presented as intended for the marriage on 16th May 2023. I trust that you understand the urgency and importance of this matter.

If my concerns are not adequately addressed and a satisfactory resolution is not provided promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further, including seeking legal recourse and sharing my negative experience on various consumer forums and social media platforms.

I look forward to your prompt attention and a satisfactory resolution to this issue. Please ensure that the delivery team is held accountable for their unprofessional behavior and that necessary steps are taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
