My order was delayed and Amazon team agreed to refund the amount and I am waiting for more than 2 months, till now didn’t get my refund, I’ve chatted with several customer care team nobody support me , one agent told me that refund already issued and another agent told that I am not eligible for refund, all the agents are telling different stories, pls support me in this case
