Respected Sir/Madam,
Good Morning
Hope You are doing well!
This is to inform you that, I had place a ordered (Order ID: 406-9891187-6755512) Crompton Optimus 100-Litre Desert Cooler (White) in date Thu, Aug 6, 11:54 AM, and it is showing Delivered 12-Aug-2020 in my address but nighter i received items nor i have received any call from delivery boy.

I’m disappointed with the seller ‘s updated details. So i contacted customer-care for current status, they provided solutions and supposed to it will delivered by 24 August, i received mail from Amazon Seller SRFASHION

        I am shocked, they have not delivered items in my address as per their timeline nor have I received any communications from their end, no tracking information for track items.
        I did payment by CREDIT CARD and i am giving interest to bank, but still items not received or no information where its is, I am humbly request you to look the matter on priority, Waiting for your valuable solutions
