I ordered a phone from amazon and thr delivery was scheduled on 8th August, 2022 but the delivery agent updated the status as incorrect address without giving trying to contact. We reside at the same address as mentioned at the time of booking the product and the is address is correct. there has been a huge delay in delivery. the delivery that was scheduled for 8th august has no status right now and we are not aware about our product status. we have ordered from amazon alot before at this same address and never faced this issue its the first time when we had to struggle to get a product given fake courier comments for address.
