I ordered Sujata mixer grinder worth ₹4,880 from Flipkart on 29th September and they promised the delivery by 7th October, but today is 10th October and I still haven’t received my order. They keep on delaying the delivery date. I even raised complaints 3-4 times but no solution was provided, only false assurances were given and I haven’t received any compensation or refund as promised by the company in their policy. The order was prepaid and now both my money and order are stuck. Please help.
