I have ordered my product on 18th October and delivery was on 24th October.
Now the order is delayed by 2 weeks and when I am asking why the reply is covid. I don’t know is Myntra suffering from covid? As all business are open and I am delivering my product to foreign in a week then why India is so slow? Myntra is doing illegal business where they are delivering the product after 3 weeks which is more than expected and also no refund. The customer should suffer loss plus they might require urgent product and poor people who cannot afford the money gets stuck. I hope suitable action is taken against them.
