I’ve recently ordered a mobile phone.
Its estimated delivery is 17th May, 2022

But the last update on my order is yesterday at 6:49 a.m that it has left Hyderabad facility.
And since then there is not even a single update on my order, it just says it gets delivered by 20th May.
I just want to know if my package has been missed? or else is there some other reason..
and where exactly is my order?

I’ve tried to contact customer service but they are not helpful.
And I’ve scenarios of this kind with Flipkart where they cancel the orders after they are delayed for so long.
