I am ordered wakefit matress 0 on 10 th oct they mentioned delivery date as 16-10-23 but not delivered yet .While taking to customer service for cancellation of order due to delaying delivery they said you can’t cancel the order,while delivering the product you can cancel and they don’t saying when the product will delivering.The courier services person not attempted for delivery simple updating wrong information.
