I had placed an order (OD226064131009133000) of iphone 13 256GB on Sep 22 and the promised delivery time was on or before 27th Sep but it didn’t. I had called and written to customer service for 10+ times and still no resolution. Extremely disappointed with so called Flipkarts Promised Delivery nonsense. At the end How can you cancel the order with just one delivery attempt that also yesterday (Oct 3) night at 9PM. No prior intimation was given that delivery attempt will be done. Delivery was delayed by 6 days in the 1st place and what you expect from me to wait 24/7 at home thinking Flipkart might deliver the order. Super frustrated and expected.
