I booked RE 350 classes bike from Legend motors in Tambaram on 21st sep 21, and the tentative delivery date 5th Nov 21, I am constantly checking with RE team from 13th Oct, 21 for delivery, and got various updated from manufactured to in process of manufacturing , as I booked 2 bike I cancelled one and got the bank loan paid to dealer for which the EMI also started,
Now as the manufacturer cannot commit the date of deliver I requested them to return, but RE said its not possible to refund
