Regarding late delivery,
Product dispatched to my nearest hub on February 5 but still not delivered why is that, and why they keep products with them for 2 days and deliver. There is not hard and fast rule to wait till expected delivery date, they can give early so that customer is happy. Other shopping site delivers fast. Ecart team should really work on this. The next date for delivery is given today. And now its also delyed
