The delivery agent cancelled the product delivery stating that refuse to accept. He called me twice in a single minute, but when I called him after a minute he didnt attend it.
Then I called the delivery agent stating my problem, he told he will call back within 10 mins. 4 hours passed he didnt call back and nir he was picking up my phone.
The call by amazon told me that they will deliver in next 24 to 48hrs, but after this all the delivery was cancelled by Amazon delivery agent.
I called him several time the next day but he ignored all the call. As that product was important for me but didnt got it at time needed, I want amazon to take a strict action against these agent.
I have call recording of all the stuff and screenshots of all call details.
