I ordered a laptop with the exchange . However it was clearly mentioned that in case exchange gets refused then i can pay the amount on the spot. However , no supervisor came to check the laptop . And delievery boy refused to deliver. Whereas it was mentioned that if the exchange is rejected we can pay on the spot but they refused.
They are charging Rs 100 for supervisor visit and exchange but then no supervisor even came and called. They just befooled. How can a delivery boy take control of our orders. I kept on calling them. Earlier one of their customer representative assured me that they will reattempt delivery tomorrow again but then automatically cancelled it.
Thats a wastage of customer time. If you cannot offer any discount then why do you display it on website.
