I have purchased an allen solly wallet bag from flipkart. I got a phone from the Delivery boy named Anurag (Ekart delivery agent from raebareli, UP) on 06.10.2022 for OTP. As i was not present at the office that time. I asked him to deliver it to the guard. But he did not deliver it. I also do not have his number. Flipkart is not looking into the matter on urgent basis neither provide me his Number to know where he gave my product.
My shipment was- Allen Solly Women Purple with EKART tracking id FMPP1375096907.
