Hi there,
I am complaining against the delivery boy who denies to come at the door steps for the delivery but stead he asks me come over a place as per his convenience to collect the product. Today is the third day I am waiting for product to get delivered. It was supposed to be delivered on Sunday. Delivery says that I can complain anywhere about him but he will not come to my place as he is instructed by his manager. Thanks.
