Text of Complaint by RAHUL BANSAL:

I ORDERED A PHONE FROM FLIP-KART WHICH WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY ON ECOMEXPRESS COURIER ON 9TH OCT’2022 HOWEVER DELIVERY BOY DENIED TO DELIVER MY PREPAID PHONE. HE DEMANDS MONEY TO DELIVER IT AND ALSO BEHAVE VERY RUDELY. WHEN I SAID THAT MY ORDER IS PREPAID SO I WILL NOT PAY YOU EXTRA MONEY THEN HE TELL ME I WILL NOT DELIVER IT DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO. I HAVE RAISED MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS VIA MAIL AND CALL TO FLIPKART AND ECOMEXPRESS BUT TILL NOW NO NO ACTION IS TAKEN AGAINST DELIVERY BOY. MY PHONE IS STILL NOT DELIVERED TO ME TOUGH ITS A PREPAID ORDER.
