Dear Team,
Delivery boy has taken Rs 800 extra for the safari trolley bag. Its actual cost was 4099 but he took 4900 from my younger sister. He handovered the product to my 14 yrs younger sister and so she asked the amount he said 4900 to she paid the same next day when I asked her for the rest of the amount at that time she said he took 4900 and returned 1 rupee.
I have already complained thrice for the same I am a regular user of amazon. BUT THIS EXPERIENCE IS VERY PATHETIC.
Kindly resolve it as soon as possible otherwise I will have to file complaint on consumer court.
