I had ordered mobile phone from FLIPCART. I got a phone from delivery boy regarding delivery OTP. I told him that I am not there and will reach shortly but he insisted for OTP which I gave…He told me that he has kept my parcel in a shop….When I reached that shop my parcel was not there. Now FLIPCART is showing that item has been delivered whereas I have not received it.
