- HI I HAVE BOUGHT A PRODUCT FROM AMAZON WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO GET DELIVERY ON 19 BUT TILL YET NOT AS THEY GAVE GIVEN A FALSE PROMISES AND COMMITMENT .
I HAVE CALLED AMAZON YESTERDAY AND IN FORMED THAT I HAVE TO GO OUT OFF STATION BUT I COULD NOT GO JUST BECAUSE OF AMAZON I HAVE TO CANCEL MY PLAN.
Now I was talking to sumitra over the call and I told her to transfer the line to manager but she put in mute from her end and went blank and still I was there on call for 3 mins still I didn’t get connected so I have to disconnect it I have all the call recording for all the agent I have spoken to
