Order was supposed to be delivered on 25th January. Agent called and I missed the call, but called him Bach in 10 mins only. He said he left the area and will deliver tomorrow. Next day I got message out for delivery and at night got message customer denied to accept order. I didn’t receive and call neither anybody came to deliver. This repeated 2 days. When I called on the number provided in the message, he said he will deliver tomorrow as delivery boy was on leave. When I again called today he said cancel your order you will get money but I won’t deliver. I said transaction charges will be deducted who will compensate. He said he is not bothered and I can go raise any complaint I want to. He was very rude so ai also had to talk to him in the same manner. I have already paid for the order and have a family function for which I had ordered. So I need the order to be delivered immediately and want delivery agent’s apology as well.
