Text of Complaint by Muhammed sajil:

I have ordered a smartphone (Redmi A1 (Black, 2GB RAM, 32GB Storage)) through amazon last week (tracking ID: 320441015495). As the delivery date showed 25/10/2022 on amazon I gave my office address as delivery address. But the delivery agent attempted an early delivery on 23/10/2022 and 24/10/2022. Both days were holiday allover India. I told them to deliver the product on 25/10/2022 and they agreed to deliver on 25/10/2022 when they contacted me. But when I checked about my order today(25/10/2022) it shows ‘Unfortunately, your package was not delivered because it was damage’ even without contacting me today. I suspect the agent intentionally returned the product and I need my product delivered as fast to my office address on office time as I had given the office address and office time while placing my order. Now the amazon constomer care executives says that the product will not be deliverer and a cashback will be provided.
