I hv ordered blue formal pant, which was found be so tight in thigh,so I request them for refund.
There agent came for refund (only he knows),he didn’t call me,
On refund update I saw- refund cancel due to label missing.
I contacted customer care, they schedule for pick up again,
This time also agent didn’t contacted me, leav comment- pick was cancelled because I am not giving items…
What is this bullshit yaar.
Agent wrote whatever he want on its own ,he didn’t bother to contact customer yaar.
