Hi Team,

This complaint is regarding my Amazon order #404-7598810-3457962 where I had ordered for a Samsung cell phone with exchanged offer on 21st Sept and as per Amazon the phone was supposed to be delivered on 22nd Sept .. The phone was not delivered on 22nd Sept date as got call from Amazon agent saying the phone would be delivered on 23rd Sept.I had no choice other than waiting. On 23rd Sept date the delivery agent came and reviewed the Vivo phone which i was exchanging. The delivery agent was so rude and he wanted us to remove the screen guard ourselves . It was taking time and he left saying .. he has no time and we can call back once done. After 5 mins we were able to remove the screen guard and called the delivery agent back who came back after 1hr. This time he wanted us to get to the home screen of the phone and show the phone model details .. which was strange .. still we showed him. Now he wanted us restart the phone which was weird and on asking why he wanted us to do .. he replied “karna hai tho karo nahi mei jaa raha hu”.. On asking what’s the problem.. he just walked off saying ” kara lo apna phone exchange apne app se”. He was soo rude to me in front of my son and just walked off … I was shocked with his behavior as I am a prime customer of Amazon and have never faced any such issues.

Moreover after 30 mins .. Amazon app showed by status as cancelled with a reason that my exchange phone was not in condition .. This is what the delivery agent did t by order.

Then i  called the Amazon customer care .. translated all event to the representative and after putting me on long hold, I was told that the phone would be delivered on 24th Sep. And today the app shows the status as refund initiated.

I needed that phone so badly for my son and i am here waiting for my refund to come and then order the phone again.

Really disappointed with the delivery agent and the amazon customer care representative who committed that the phone would be delivered to me on 24th Sep.

Requesting the team to look into this and take  appropriate action against this people and give me appropriate compensation for his emotional stress given to me.
