Text of Complaint by Manu Murali V:

I ordered “Sure success magic” book worth₹2100 from Amazon on 29 March 2023. They left a wrong order “Fevicryl mouldit” outside mu house ob 30/3/23 and showed item delivered. When I complained their customer care asked me to put demand for replacement which I did. An amazon agent came to my residence on 31/3/23 and took back the wrong order. Iwas able to track it rill 1st aprilbut thereafter issues came and I approached customer care. Then without my consent the replacement order was cancelled. Update came in my mail and I approached costumer care again. They told now they my replacement order is cancelled I will get my refund once returned wrong item reach their office in 3 days. Today is april 4 and they say wrong item has reached back to then and so I have to lodge a complain and wait for another 3 days to get solution. I didn’t get what I order , my money is also gone. This is pure cheating.
