I have ordered a laptop desk with led light and an a tray on 1/11/23 on precioushub.co with order number MEL8546 for an amount of Rs.2699.But the delivered product is a normal adjustable desk with no led lights or tray.The delivery package was also in a bad condition and it seems like a used one as it was not wrapped,just a desk put in a box and delivered.The website mentions about a return policy within 48 hours but gives no contact number or email to reach them.It does give a mail id rathorpreeti764@gmail.com.But any mail to this id gives back a self generated message that the order has been delivered.Kindly help me track down this website for a refund or replacement with the right product.
