Hi Iam a regular consumer for online shopping. Recently I have seen a website called “REBOXED” which sells refurbished products . I have seen a well known branded wireless bluetooth speaker worth 850 Rs/-. After placing the order , I received my order and found that its completely a different product which is not at all even close to the product I have placed for and is damaged. The website mentioned that returning of an order can only be contacted through a given phone number and an Email ID .
I made many calls and sent many emails for placing a return but didn’t recieve any response from their side. I have lost my 850/- Rs and even the product is useless 🙁
Kindly help me in getting my refund back :(. Its all my money I worked hard for and finally ended up getting cheated.
Kindly consider my issue and help me as soon as possible please
