I ordered an orange bird cage but I received a blue cage and since it’s returnable item I place a return immediately upon receiving because the size and color is not what I want so placed return request. The delivery executive came and didn’t pick up the product saying it’s different color.. but that’s what I received and he said to contact customer care. So I have been contacting the customer executives but all of them were saying we’re raised a complaint pls wait ,so pick up will happen after four days or five days by each customer executive so waited till that time and now when I contacted they saying return window closed and we can’t help. How can they do this to me when I contacted many times for the same issue not being resolved and waited as like the executive told me and now they can’t help it seems so my money is gone.. it’s not a small money to loose it like that.. very pathetic service by flipkart, should banned untrustable companies like this who doesn’t take responsibilities of their own mistake and loosing our own hard earned money because of their mistake .
