The Item was Delivered on 19 January, but due to marriage ceremony We aren’t in home to check the item. After returning from marriage ceremony, We open the Item at 28 just two days after the closing day of return period (26 january is the closing day of return period).
My ordered item is –
ASUS TUF VG27AQL1A. Price – 32750 Rupees
But I received –
ASUS TUF Gaming 24.5″ 1080P Monitor (VG259QR) Price – 24890
I contact to Amazon customer service on that day and they denied replacement and give cause that they can’t due to our replacement policy.
