On 11th June 2021, I had ordered a product from Amazon named “DECORVAIZ Multipurpose Laptop Table with Dock Stand & Non-Slip Foldable and Portable Lapdesk for Study & Bed”. I had received the wrong item which was “A Maggie” inside a small box and I had complained to the customer care service regarding the wrong item received. The customer executive re-assured me with the same product and the seller and told me that this issue would not be repeated by their side in the future. After knowing this and getting re-assured I ordered the same product on 23rd of June 2021 and today on 26th of June 2021, I had again received the wrong item from the same seller and this time it was a Small Jar inside a little box. I am fed up with this and again complained about the same to the customer care executive. The executive reassured me with the refund of the product. But I choose to complain regarding this issue.
