The item that I bought was a camera to lightning adapter in the month of January 2020,but amazon delivered me a wrong item and they even charged me ₹1448 ,I tried to call in order to pick it up and refund my money ,they ask for the photos of the invoice and the item,which I sent it via mail.But till date 19th June 2020,they haven’t called me to inform about the status of my return order or to pick up the wrong item.This is a total scam and fraudulent at the highest form.kindly look into this matter and please help me.
