I have ordered jbl speaker which was in combo offer along with ear pod … when I received and oped the box I found a speaker which is of sum cheap local made and not jbl which I have ordered and the earpod which was supposed to accompany was missing …
Immediately I tried calling the number on the package but no answer from them …
Then I tried sending emails on the support address but it was not active email address…..
This is the wrost experience I have ever faced buying online product …
When I visited the ezeekart site their are so many customers facing same problems ….
I hope it’s gets to the rite person and action it taken …
