Text of Complaint by Varsha tm:

I have ordered refrigerator from Flipkart which got delivered on 13th March where I noticed the freezer is damaged and placed for replacement. It’s been 10 days so far no action on replacement process and extended the timeline until March 31st am really worried with the negligence
