Sir/mam, i have ordered a mobile phone Nefon Q20 utra 5G phone, online from Shopmymobile.in As the advertisement was showing on YouTube. I have already paid the amount of 4499.28 INR. through online transaction. Today parcel has been delivered but product inside is totally different as I ordered. All specifications of delivered product are totally different from the ordered product. Even it is an old damaged 3G cell phone. Which is not working. Kindly Help me for the same.
